Beginning this week, the 9AM class will be offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. Additionally, the 4PM class on Tuesdays and the 7PM class on Thursdays will be cancelled. Instead, we will revise those evenings so that we offer a 5PM & 6PM class Monday through Thursday and continue the 5PM class on Fridays. The schedule options will be updated in MindBODY as well. For Open Gym, it means that OG will end when the CrossFit class ends that particular evening.
