Snatch Grip DL, 2 EMOM for 7 minutes.  Focus on bottom of snatch position, not going heavy.  About 50% of max conventional.

 WOD:
5 rounds-
10 wall balls 20/14
15 KB swings OH 20/16kg
20 DUs
~~5 burpee penalty for putting the WB or KB down~~
~BEGINNERS~
2 reps EMOM for 7 minutes, deadlifts
5 rounds:
8 wall balls
10 KB swings
12 DUs
