We’ll start with Bear Complexes.

Clean
Front Squat
Push Press to back rack
Back Squat
Behind the neck Push Press

We’ll complete 3 reps, return the bar to the floor and add weight for 5 sets.

WOD:

Pick Your Tabata! (20 seconds on/10 seconds off)
4 mins/8 rounds of any TWO of the following movements:
sit ups
squats
push ups
pull ups
double unders
