Today the registration for the 2013 CrossFit Games Open begins. I will provide more details as they are available about how and where to register under CFU. This quote really resonated with me, and hope it speaks to you too:
“This is a time for you to discover yourself in a whole new way. If you’re used to athletic competition this will feel like second nature. If you’re not, then this is an opportunity to unveil a side of yourself that is waiting to be unleashed. Let’s face it. The vast majority of athletes who sign up for the Open will never make it to the next round, or the Regionals. But they will experience something in common with the best of the best, with the fittest men and women on the planet. This is a season to show “box” spirit, team unity and support. It’s the stuff dreams are made of – really! And you have absolutely nothing to lose – nothing!”
