CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on improving General Physical Preparedness. CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity. We take this definition and apply it to our workout programming. Workouts are always varied and measurable. You will be learning new skills and also be learning movements that are used in everyday life. This type of approach to fitness will not only have you notice increased strength but also improvement in everyday activities. During classes you will run, jump, row, pull, push, throw, lift and use your body in the way it was meant to be used. Have fun and let the workouts push yourself to find new limits.

Cardio Circuit

Our Cardio Circuit class is perfect for all levels of fitness from novice to experienced. This hour-long class focuses on skill/strength and cardio with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and bodyweight movements. The intensity level is up to you, which is perfect if you are just beginning and need to ease into the movements and go a little slower, or if you want to use the workout as an active recovery. Speed things up if you are looking to work on your conditioning and endurance.

Adaptive CrossFit

CrossFit is for everyone. The Adaptive Crossfit program focuses on individuals with permanent or temporary physical disabilities with the objective of enabling them to become comfortable with the fundamentals of functional movements and introduce (or re-introduce) fitness in their lives.

The program is designed to create a safe place transcending physical boundaries in a community of fellow athletes and experienced coaching staff ready to help achieve goals, from the basic ones such as better balance, decreasing fatigue and pain; to more advanced goals like running, weightlifting and gymnastics!
