The Basics

CrossFit is a combination of cardio, strength training, Olympic lifts, mobility and gymnastics. It’s an hour-long session comprised of mobility, skill work and WOD (workout of the day!) that is coach programmed and led.

Our CrossFit class is a combination of a group led warmup, time to focus on a skill or strength aspect and finishes up with a Metcon, CrossFit benchmark or another type of WOD. Our programming runs in cycles, including a strength focus, metabolic training, and a gymnastics focus. You can expect barbells, time on the rig and other equipment to be a part of these day to day classes.

We’re everyday people, just like you. We have day jobs and families and yearn for more time in the day. We’re a community made up of teachers, nurses, event planners, construction folks and more. We believe in working hard, chalking up and making every single rep count.
