Tina and Jeff have been married since 1995 and have 3 boys. Competition and athletics have been a common thread in their relationship. Jeff has been an avid weightlifter and golfer for over 30 years. He also has served on the board for the Conestoga Valley Baseball Association and has several years of experience coaching sports. Tina and Jeff’s highlight of competition together came in 2001 when they won the Mixed Match Play Championship at Meadia Heights Golf Club. The team effort and team concept is something they are excited to bring to the growth of CrossFit Uncompromised.
